A surface power station near Uttarkashi, housing three francis type machines of 30 MW capacity each, i.e. total installed capacity of 90 MW. The firm power is 38.23 MW and 546 million KWH are generated annually. Open tailrace channel about 120 m long joins river Bhagirathi at Uttarkashi. |
